Walker PRODRY desiccant air dryer (PD004–PD035, low flow)
Heatless regenerative desiccant dryer for points of use and low flows. -40 °C pressure dew point as standard (ISO 8573-1 class 2), -70 °C optional. 0.01-micron XA-grade coalescing pre-filter included, desiccant cartridge with integral 1-micron dust filter, energy-management LED controller. Anodised-aluminium body, vertical or horizontal mounting. 4 to 35 SCFM, 3/8″ NPT.

- Water separator — at the compressor — removes bulk liquid water right at the compressor outlet. A separate component from the dryer, required upstream (often already in place). View water separators →
- X1 pre-filter — before the dryer — stops liquid water, dust and oil aerosols. Protects the desiccant.
- XA filter — included with the dryer — fine coalescing (0.01 µm); protects the desiccant bed from oil. Supplied with the dryer.
- X1 particulate filter — at the outlet — catches carried-over desiccant fines before the network.
