Walker PRODRY desiccant air dryer (PD0046–PD0360, new generation)
New-generation heatless regenerative desiccant dryer with modular design (top-loading cartridges, tower gauges, external silencers). -40 °C pressure dew point as standard, -20 °C or -74 °C optional. Walker water separator and 0.01-micron XA-grade coalescing pre-filter included as standard. DMC option: dew-point management via hygrometer (up to 81% efficiency). 45 to 360 SCFM, 1″ or 1½″ NPT.

- Water separator — at the compressor — removes bulk liquid water right at the compressor outlet. A separate component from the dryer, required upstream (often already in place). View water separators →
- X1 pre-filter — before the dryer — stops liquid water, dust and oil aerosols. Protects the desiccant.
- XA filter — included with the dryer — fine coalescing (0.01 µm); protects the desiccant bed from oil. Supplied with the dryer.
- X1 particulate filter — at the outlet — catches carried-over desiccant fines before the network.
