During a covered rental, Onyx M3 supports operation of the components designated in the quote or contract. This page summarizes the principle and does not replace project terms.

The exact list depends on the supplied system and must be confirmed in writing. It may include the following.
- Edge server
- Pressure and temperature sensors
- Rogowski coils and power meters
- Supplied LTE, satellite or Starlink equipment
Support and replacement
Onyx M3 diagnoses the issue and determines the appropriate intervention for a covered component. No replacement time, refund or service level is assumed unless written in the contract.
- Technical assistance
- Remote diagnostics when possible
- Replacement of covered components under agreed terms
General exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by use or an environment outside the planned conditions.
- Accident, intentional damage or misuse
- Environment outside specified characteristics
- External surge or incorrect wiring
- Unauthorized modification or expressly excluded item
